Payment is due through the processor and schedule stated in the purchase terms or signed agreement. Digital-product, consulting, and recurring-plan refunds follow the Refund Policy and any more specific signed terms.

You retain rights in material you provide and in deliverables assigned by signed agreement. Daily AI Agents retains rights in pre-existing products, methods, skills, code, templates, and branding. Users must provide lawful material, review consequential outputs, and maintain appropriate security and backups.

Except for an express written promise, products and services are provided as is to the extent permitted by law. Daily AI Agents does not provide legal advice or promise error-free operation.
