Refund Policy
Effective April 15, 2026
Digital products
Digital products purchased through Gumroad can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. Email support@usedailyai.com with the order ID. We will submit an approved refund through the original payment channel within three business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Consulting and done-for-you services
The 30-minute discovery call has no fee. Refund, cancellation, and acceptance terms for paid consulting are defined in the signed statement of work. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, contact us so we can correct it or follow the resolution terms in that agreement.
Recurring plans
A recurring plan can be ended under its signed terms. Service continues through the current paid period unless the agreement says otherwise. We do not provide partial refunds for an unused portion of a billing cycle, except where law requires one.
