Refund Policy

Digital products purchased through Gumroad can be refunded in full within 30 days. Email support@usedailyai.com with the order ID; approved refunds are submitted through the original payment channel.

The discovery call has no fee. Refund, cancellation, and acceptance terms for paid work are defined in the signed statement of work. Scope issues should be raised so the work can be corrected or resolved under that agreement.

A recurring plan can be ended under its signed terms. Service continues through the current paid period unless the agreement states otherwise; partial-cycle refunds are not provided except where law requires.
