Independent AI advisory + verification

Build AI your business can stand behind.

We help businesses evaluate, improve, and deploy customer-facing AI—then verify how it performs with captured evidence, clear specifications, and accountable oversight.

CAPTURED EVIDENCE · FIX SPECIFICATIONS · RE-SCAN · SIGNED RECORD

The concrete way in

Verification of your customer-facing chatbot.

The paid entry is one surface, checked end to end: what your chatbot — or the public AI answering for you — tells customers, set against what you actually publish, with captured evidence, a fix specification, and a signed record. Scoped after a thirty-minute call.

Discuss an engagement
The business problem

AI is already answering questions about your business.

Ask an AI assistant about a business and it answers in full sentences, with confidence — prices, services, policies, availability. Nobody submits those answers for approval. When one is wrong, the customer doesn't find out from you. They find out at your front desk.

Prices
A quoted price from the wrong service. A DFW med spa's 6-session laser package: Google's AI answered with a different service's promotional price — a $1,500 gap a customer discovers in person.
Services
An offer the attorney does not make. An estate-planning attorney, per the AI: free 30-minute consultations. The attorney's site offers no free consultation and isn't taking new clients.
Availability
A schedule nobody published. A law firm with no schedule on its site: the AI supplies a full weekday schedule anyway.
Identity
A business missing from its own answer. Asked about an immigration law firm by name, the AI recommended a hospice, a family doctor, and an astrologer instead.

All four came from one sweep of thirteen Dallas–Fort Worth businesses on a single July day. Six scans came back clean — those results are in the log too.

One lifecycle

Observe, verify, fix, decide, build, re-verify.

One standard of evidence runs the whole lifecycle. Independent verification is the entry; consulting is the continuation it funnels into when the evidence earns it.

01

Observe

We capture what the AI surfaces around your business are telling customers — Google's AI, ChatGPT, your own chatbot — with the prompt, surface, and timestamp preserved.

02

Verify

Independent verification of AI we had no hand in building: each checkable claim set against your published facts, documented in a findings report. This is the entry engagement.

03

Fix

A fix specification your web person or agency can apply. Where verification is the engagement, we stay the inspector — the repair is yours to place.

04

Decide

Advisory on what the evidence supports: what to fix, what to build, what to leave alone. Scoped in a call, not a package.

05

Build

Where the decision is to build, we build, host, and operate light customer-facing AI on our own infrastructure — you do the minimum on your side.

06

Re-verify

Surfaces we had no hand in get re-scanned the same way they were first checked. AI we built and host gets continuous QA and monitoring under our own name — and the labels stay distinct on purpose.

This is what a finding looks like.

From our July 13 sweep, anonymized by sector, quoted verbatim. The evidence and the business's own published page were captured the same day.

FINDING F-2026-07-13-01 Wrong

AI understates a 6-session laser package by $1,500.

What the AI said
“promotional packages start at $399 for 6 sessions.”

What the business publishes
“Get 6 Full Body Laser Hair Removal Sessions for Only $1,899!”

The business's own published offer page, same day

The $399 belongs to a different service — a laser-facial promotion on the same site. The AI cross-wired that price onto the 6-session package. A customer books expecting $399 and is quoted $1,899 at the front desk.

The method

Five stages. Each one leaves a record.

01
Capture

→ Captured evidence

We ask the AI what your customers ask, and preserve the full answer with its prompt, surface, and timestamp.

02
Corroborate

→ Corroboration record

Each checkable claim in the answer is set against your own published facts — your site, your listings, your prices.

03
Document

→ Findings report

What's wrong, what's missing, and what checks out — written for an owner, with the receipts in an appendix.

04
Correct

→ Fix specification

A fix specification your web person can apply in an afternoon: the exact change, where it goes, and how you'll know it worked.

05
Re-scan

→ Re-scan + certificate

After the fixes land, we run the same checks again. When the surfaces hold up, the engagement closes with a signed record.

Who signs the work

The process checks the findings. Cooper signs the record.

Cooper Reed, founder of Daily AI Agents

Daily AI Agents is a Texas firm founded by Cooper Reed in Dallas. The checking is built into the process: answers are captured deterministically, findings route by severity, and anything ambiguous lands in an exception queue instead of the report.

Cooper reviews findings on a sampled, judgment basis — the exceptions, the severe ones, and the calls the process can't make — and signs what leaves the firm.

Building the standard for AI that businesses can trust.

The record that survives the engagement

A certificate with a scope, a date, and a signature.

When a re-scan holds up, the engagement closes with an accuracy certificate: the business's name, the surfaces tested, the scan dates, and a human signature — registered at a permanent URL anyone can check. It applies to the named surfaces, prompts, facts, and re-scan date shown; AI outputs may change after issuance, which is exactly why the certificate says so.
